DOWSIL™ CC-4555 Long Bath Life Conformal Coating is a one-part, translucent, solventless, heat-curing silicone coating formulated for PCB protection. It has low viscosity, fast low-temperature cure, and exceptionally long bath life, reducing purging and clean-up needs. Once cured, it forms a soft, low-stress elastomer that resists humidity, vibration, and thermal shock, while maintaining dielectric integrity. It features a UV indicator for automated inspection and holds UL V-0 flammability certification.
