DOWSIL™ EA-6124 M Encapsulant is a one-part, semi-flowable, heat-cure silicone encapsulant designed for durable protection of automotive and PCB system assemblies. Made from polydimethylsiloxane, it delivers strong ATF oil resistance, reliable adhesion to reactive metals and ceramics, and excellent electrical insulation. With rapid heat-curing and stable mechanical properties, it enhances the reliability and service life of components exposed to severe operating conditions.
Encapsulation and sealing in automotive electronics (e.g., terminal sealing, motor protection).
Protection of PCB assemblies against harsh mechanical, thermal, and chemical environments.
