1. Product Overview

DOWSIL™ EE-3200 Low Stress Encapsulant is a two-part, 1:1 mix ratio, low-viscosity silicone encapsulant engineered for delicate electronic assemblies. It provides low durometer hardness, good thermal conductivity, and excellent flowability for filling fine gaps. The material cures at room temperature or with heat acceleration, ensuring process flexibility and reduced internal stress during thermal cycling. With high dielectric strength, water resistance, and EN45545-2 HL3 flame safety certification, it delivers reliable long-term protection under demanding conditions.
