DOWSIL™ EE-9100 is a two-part, white, flowable RTV silicone encapsulant with a 10:1 mix ratio designed for reliable electrical/PCB protection. It cures at room temperature without ovens, offering self-priming adhesion that eliminates the need for primers. The product features excellent dielectric properties, good flowability for easy dispensing, and energy-efficient curing. Its flexible elastomeric finish provides durable environmental protection while remaining repairable, making it well suited for delicate assemblies.
