DOWSIL™ TC-4026 is a two-part, 1:1 mix ratio, thermally conductive, dispensable pad designed as an alternative to traditional fabricated pads. It offers excellent thermal performance, stress relief, shock dampening, and consistent thickness control due to the presence of glass beads. The material is printable or dispensable, reworkable, and provides a lower cost of ownership while maintaining reliability under operating conditions of -45°C to 200°C.
