1. Product Overview

DOWSIL™ TC-4040 is a two-part, 1:1 mix ratio, thermally conductive, blue-colored dispensable thermal pad. It cures into a soft elastomer with excellent gap-filling, heat-dissipating, stress-relieving, and shock-damping properties. The material offers 4.0 W/mK thermal conductivity, low stress on devices, and compliance with UL94 V-0 flammability standards. It provides a cost-effective alternative to fabricated thermal pads and remains stable across a wide temperature range of -45°C to 200°C.
