1. Product Overview

DOWSIL™ TC-4060 GB250 is a two-part, room-temperature curing silicone gel with 6–6.5 W/m·K thermal conductivity. It contains high-purity glass beads (250 μm) (with a GB-free option available). Once cured, it forms a soft, stress-relieving, and shock-damping elastomer designed for automotive and telecom thermal management. It cures without exotherm, is stable up to 150°C, and provides long-term dielectric insulation and mechanical protection.
