DOWSIL™ TC-4060 is a two-part, room-temperature curing silicone gel with 6 W/m·K thermal conductivity. It cures to a soft, compressible elastomer that provides efficient heat dissipation from electronic components to heat sinks. The material is 100% PDMS-based, stable during thermal cycling up to 150°C, and available with optional glass beads (250 μm). It cures without exothermal reaction, maintains dielectric insulation, and provides long-term reliability against environmental contaminants, mechanical stress, ozone, and UV exposure.
