DOWSIL™ TC-4083 is a two-part, 1:1 mix ratio dispensable thermal pad based on polydimethylsiloxane. It cures into a soft, flexible elastomer that combines excellent thermal conductivity with low thermal resistance and reliable electrical insulation. The material is designed as a printable or dispensable alternative to fabricated pads, lowering overall ownership cost while offering reworkability, shock absorption, and stress relief. It supports automated or manual processing and can fill complex gaps for precise component coverage in electronic assemblies.
