DOWSIL™ TC-4525 CV is a two-part silicone-based thermally conductive gap filler with a thermal conductivity of 2.5 W/m·K. It cures at room temperature or with heat acceleration, forming a soft and compressible elastomer that delivers long-term performance stability up to 150°C. The formulation is based on a silicone gel matrix and alumina fillers, offering low compression stress, controlled silicone volatility, strong vertical hold, and reliable dielectric insulation. It is engineered to provide dependable heat transfer while maintaining chemical and environmental resistance across demanding automotive applications.
