1. Product Overview

DOWSIL™ TC-4530 CV is a two-part silicone-based thermally conductive gap filler with a thermal conductivity of 3.0 W/m·K. It cures at room temperature or with heat acceleration, producing a soft, compressible elastomer with low density (2.6 g/cm³), low abrasion, and high flow for smooth dispensing. Designed with a platinum-cure system and treated ceramic fillers, it ensures reliable long-term performance under temperature and humidity cycling. The product offers controlled silicone volatility, UL 94 V0 flammability rating, and excellent dielectric insulation, making it suitable for high-reliability automotive electronics.
