1. Product Overview

DOWSIL™ TC-4535 CV is a two-part silicone-based thermally conductive gap filler with high conductivity of 3.4 W/m·K and specific gravity of 3.1. It cures at room temperature or with accelerated heat, forming a flexible elastomer that maintains long-term stability up to 150°C and peaks at 175°C. The material offers low thermal resistance, excellent vertical hold, controlled silicone volatility, and UL 94 V0 flame resistance. It is engineered to enhance cooling efficiency and reliability in demanding environments.
