Dymax MD® 204-CTH-F is a flexible, UV/Visible light-curable adhesive specifically engineered for bonding flexible and rigid plastics in the manufacture of catheters and related medical devices. The adhesive fluoresces blue under low-intensity black light (365 nm) to allow in-line inspection. Free of nonreactive solvents, it cures in seconds upon light exposure, enabling faster throughput, optimized performance, and lower processing costs. Designed for use with Dymax spot, focused-beam, and flood lamps, it provides deep, rapid cures and is fully compliant with RoHS Directive 2015/863/EU
