Dymax MD® 208-CTH-F is a flexible, UV/Visible light-curable adhesive designed for rapid bonding of flexible and rigid plastics commonly used in catheter and medical device manufacturing. It is a solvent-free formulation that fluoresces blue under low-intensity black light (365 nm) to allow in-line inspection. The adhesive cures within seconds when exposed to Dymax light-curing spot, focused-beam, or flood lamps, enabling faster processing, higher throughput, and reduced costs. It complies fully with RoHS Directive 2015/863/EU
The adhesive is widely applied in catheter bonding and related medical assemblies, including:
