Dymax MD® 209-CTH is a multipurpose, UV/Visible light-curable catheter bonding adhesive designed for rapid assembly of both flexible and rigid medical plastics. It contains no nonreactive solvents, cures in seconds under Dymax UV/Visible lamps, and fluoresces blue under low-intensity black light (365 nm) to facilitate in-line inspection. The adhesive provides strong, flexible bonds and is fully compliant with RoHS Directive 2015/863/EU.
The product is widely used in the manufacture of medical catheters and devices, particularly for:
