1. Product Overview

Elan-tron® EC 505/W 764 is a two-component epoxy resin system comprising a liquid, unfilled resin and an amine hardener. It is solvent-free, exhibits low exothermic reaction, minimal shrinkage, excellent adhesion to metals and plastics, and possesses strong mechanical and electrical properties. The system offers good toughness, excellent thermal shock resistance, and complies with RoHS (European Directive 2002/95/EC). Curing occurs at room or moderate temperatures, and post-curing is generally unnecessary. The components should be stored in sealed containers in a cool, dry place to ensure a shelf life of up to two years.
