1. Product Overview

Elan-tron® EC 5100/W 5620 is a two-component, unfilled epoxy potting compound designed for castings, impregnation of wound components, and fast structural repairs. The system is low viscosity, solvent-free, and resistant to crystallization. It cures at room or moderate temperatures, with post-curing enhancing electrical and mechanical properties. Thermal class F (155°C, UL 1446) and RoHS compliant.


2. Applications

  • Impregnation of stators, winding heads, rotors, wound magnetic cores, transformers, and capacitors.

  • Fast structural repair of electrical components.

  • Potting and sealing of electrical and electromechanical devices.
