1. Product Overview

  • Type: Two-component, filled, epoxy potting compound.

  • Features: Self-extinguishing, thermal class H (180°C), high thermal conductivity, good electrical & mechanical properties.

  • Certifications: UL 94 V-0 listed (File E143115, E116643), RoHS compliant (2002/95/EC).

  • Form: Resin (black, filled) + Hardener (amine, colorless to pale yellow liquid).


2. Applications

  • Encapsulation, sealing, and impregnation of electrical and electronic components.

  • Suitable for manual/automatic casting, especially under vacuum with mixing/dispensing devices.

  • Cures at room temperature or elevated temperature (recommended curing cycle: 24 h at 25°C or 6 h at 50°C).
