1. Product Overview

Elan-tron® MS 5220/W 5890 is a two-component, thixotropic epoxy paste filled with abrasive material. It is solvent-free, exhibits low shrinkage, and provides high resistance to diluted acids, bases, and mineral oils. The system adheres well to a variety of materials and complies with RoHS (European Directive 2002/95/EC). It can cure at room temperature or with heat, offering optimal electrical and mechanical properties after post-curing. Components should be stored in sealed containers in a cool, dry place, with a shelf life of up to one year.
