1. Product Overview

Elan-tech® EC 14/HR 2200 (ratios 100:25 and 100:28) is a two-component, unfilled epoxy system developed by ELANTAS Europe. It exhibits good thermal resistance and maintains consistent properties under both mixing ratios. The system is RoHS and RoHS 2 compliant, ensuring environmental safety. Designed for manual casting or use with mixing/dispensing devices, it cures effectively at moderate temperatures and demonstrates excellent machinability and hardness after curing.


2. Applications

  • Impregnation of abrasive flap wheels with holes, especially those made from thin or medium grain abrasive strips.

  • Suitable for manual or automated processing.

  • Recommended for electrical, mechanical, and industrial components requiring durable, thermally resistant bonding and encapsulation.
