1. Product Overview

  • Type: High modulus, unfilled epoxy system.

  • Features: Designed for composite manufacturing with glass, carbon, or Kevlar fibers. High capability for post-curing with moderate heat transfer.

  • Variants of hardeners:

    • W 152 HR: High reactivity – suitable for small components or as an accelerator.

    • W 152 MR: Medium reactivity – standard hardener.

    • (Also related: W 152 LR, W 152 XLR for larger components).

  • Performance: Room temperature curing with the option of post-curing at 50–60 °C for enhanced thermal resistance.


2. Applications

  • Fabrication of high-performance composite parts (small and medium size).

  • Structural parts for boats, model aircrafts, racing vehicles, sports equipment.

  • Processing method: Manual lamination at atmospheric pressure with fiber tissues (glass, carbon, Kevlar).

  • Hardeners can be blended to tailor reactivity for specific needs.
