Fine-L-Kote SR Silicone Conformal Coating is a versatile, high-performance silicone coating designed to protect electronic assemblies from harsh environmental conditions. It provides excellent thermal, chemical, moisture, and vibration resistance, while maintaining flexibility and dielectric strength. UL-recognized and IPC-CC-830B qualified, it supports various application methods including aerosol, dip, selective spray, and manual brushing. The coating cures to a tack-free finish within 1 hour and reaches full cure in 72 hours, offering easy rework and removal options.

  • Protection of printed circuit boards and electronic components in extreme temperatures and humid environments.

  • Use in industrial, automotive, and aerospace electronics for vibration, moisture, and chemical resistance.
