EV Therm 440GB is a modified, highly engineered structural acrylic adhesive designed for excellent thermal conductivity and superior mechanical performance across a wide range of substrates and temperatures. It is a two-component, room-temperature curing adhesive with off-white or yellow viscous liquid form. The product offers UL94 V0 flame retardancy, high impact resistance, and is filled with 0.25 mm spacer glass beads for optimal bondline thickness. The adhesive is reactive, does not require surface preparation, and is suitable for manual or pneumatic dispensing.
