1. Product Overview

HumiSeal® TS 300 is a high-temperature, temporary masking material designed for PCB protection during conformal coating processes. It is non-flammable, ammonia-free, and peelable after curing. It can withstand temperatures up to 260°C and does not inhibit silicone conformal coatings’ thermal curing.

2. Applications

• Used for masking connectors and components on PCBs before conformal coating.
• Applied by brush, dispenser, or applicator bottle.
• Dries at room temperature in 1 hour or within 20–30 minutes at elevated temperatures.
• Changes color from pink to translucent red when cured.
