1. Product Overview

HumiSeal® UV40 is a single-component, high-solids, acrylated polyurethane conformal coating with excellent chemical resistance, surface hardness, flexibility, and moisture resistance. It is tack-free after UV exposure and has a secondary moisture cure for unexposed areas within 2-3 days. The coating fluoresces under UV light for inspection and can be applied using selective coating equipment.

  • Protects electronic assemblies from harsh environments
