1. Product Overview

HumiSeal® UV50LV is a one-part, low-viscosity, high-solids, dual-cure acrylated polyurethane conformal coating. It offers excellent chemical resistance, flexibility, and moisture resistance. The coating is tack-free after UV exposure and fully cures in unexposed areas through a secondary moisture cure mechanism within 7 days at ambient conditions. Designed for film coater-type selective coating equipment, it has enhanced flexibility, improving thermal cycling performance. HumiSeal® UV50LV contains no VOCs or solvents and is UL 94 V-0 rated for flammability.

2. Applications

  • Protection of PCBs and electronic assemblies from moisture, chemicals, and environmental stress.
  • Compatible with selective coating equipment, manual spraying, and brushing (for rework).
  • Suitable for applications requiring UV curing with secondary moisture cure capability for shadowed areas.
