1. Product Overview

Indium PASTEOT-800595-600g-T3 is a no-clean, lead-free solder paste designed for high-performance PCB assembly and semiconductor manufacturing. It features a SAC305 alloy composition, providing excellent oxidation resistance to eliminate graping and Head-in-Pillow (HIP) defects. The paste offers outstanding print transfer efficiency and high probe testability, ensuring minimal false failures during in-circuit testing (ICT). It is halogen-free and suitable for a wide range of process deposition techniques.

  • Suitable for fine-pitch components, including 0.4mm pitch CSPs
