1. Product Overview

INSULCAST 140 FR is a high–thermal-conductivity epoxy casting compound designed for demanding heat dissipation applications. When used with INSULCURE 11B hardener, it achieves Class F thermal performance and meets UL94V-1 flammability requirements. Its heavily filled formulation offers superior mechanical strength, excellent electrical insulation, and stability across a wide service temperature range. Ideal for castable heat sink applications, the system provides durability and robust thermal management for electronic assemblies.
