INSULCAST 3316 HFR-S is a fast-setting, low-viscosity, flame-retardant (UL 94 V-0) epoxy system for casting and potting applications. When cured with INSULCURE 383 Blue, it achieves full room-temperature cure in 12 hours. The system provides excellent thermal conductivity, high peel strength, thermal shock resistance, and a smooth glossy finish. It can also be used as a fast-setting adhesive, curing thin films in about 2 hours.
