1. Product Overview

Chockfast® Orange (PR 610 TCF) is a 100% solids, two-component, inert-filled casting compound formulated for chocking and grouting applications. It is engineered to withstand severe marine and industrial environments involving high levels of physical and thermal shock. The compound is non-shrinking, with very high impact and compressive strength, providing a reliable and cost-effective alternative to steel chocking while ensuring precise equipment alignment.

  • Certified/approved by ABS, Lloyd’s Register, Bureau Veritas, DNV, and other major agencies.

  • Designed for marine propulsion machinery and other heavy equipment.

  • Used under:

    • Diesel and gas engines

    • Reduction gears

    • Bearing blocks

    • Crane rails

    • Other critical machinery requiring permanent alignment

  • Typical pour depths:

    • Steel-to-steel: 12–100 mm (½–4 in.)

    • Concrete-to-steel: 12–50 mm (½–2 in.)

  • Advantages: flows into voids and irregularities, eliminating precision machining of foundation base plates.
