Kester SAC305 solder wire is a high-quality, lead-free alloy specifically formulated for reliable soldering in electronics assembly. Composed of tin (Sn), silver (Ag), and copper (Cu), this solder wire offers excellent mechanical strength, superior wetting, and consistent melting characteristics. Its formulation ensures minimal dross formation, smooth flow, and dependable joint integrity, making it ideal for high-reliability applications.
SAC305 solder wire is widely used in surface mount technology (SMT) and through-hole assembly. It is suitable for general electronics soldering, PCB manufacturing, rework, and repair. The wire is especially effective for fine-pitch components, high-density assemblies, and lead-free production lines, where precise control of soldering parameters is critical.
