Product Overview
Aquanox® A4638 is an advanced cleaning agent engineered for electronic assembly and packaging applications, specifically designed to remove flux residues from flip chip and low-clearance components. This non-hazardous, biodegradable aqueous solution exhibits low surface tension, rapidly dissolves water-soluble soils, and allows for use at low concentrations, resulting in short process times. With a pH of 9.4 (10 g/L), a boiling point of 100°C (212°F), and full water solubility, A4638 provides excellent material compatibility and an environmentally responsible alternative for precision cleaning.

Spray cleaning of flip chip and low-clearance electronic components.
