1. Product Overview

LOCTITE® 4902 is a highly flexible cyanoacrylate adhesive designed for assembling disposable medical devices. It provides excellent sealing capability, bond strength in flexing conditions, and the ability to bond dissimilar and opaque substrates. It maintains the advantages of cyanoacrylates, such as fast curing and high strength.

Curing Performance
  • Fixture Time:

    • Aluminum: ≤ 20 sec
    • ABS: 5 – 10 sec
    • Polycarbonate: 5 – 10 sec

    • Slower with larger bond gaps
