LOCTITE ABLESTIK EMI 8660S is a silver-filled, sprayable coating adhesive designed for semiconductor packaging applications requiring electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding. It combines high electrical and thermal conductivity with strong adhesion to mold compound, epoxy, copper, gold, and silver surfaces. The material enables ultra-thin coating thickness at the micrometer level, providing reliable EMI shielding performance. It offers long work life, good processability, and requires heat curing at 175 °C for 60 minutes.
