1. Product Overview

LOCTITE DSP 3319M is a VOC-free, UV/LED-curable acrylic adhesive supplied as a light yellow liquid. It offers fast curing, excellent flexibility, moderate modulus, strong adhesion to PI substrates, and reliable moisture resistance. The formulation is engineered to prevent cracking and delamination, improving the reliability of advanced display packages.
