LOCTITE DSP 3320 is a UV-curable acrylic encapsulant supplied as a light yellow liquid. It features excellent flexibility, good moisture resistance, and controlled bondline thickness. The adhesive is easy to apply by dispensing or jetting and is engineered to enhance fracture resistance and minimize delamination, thereby improving the long-term reliability of electronic packages.
