LOCTITE ECCOBOND EN 3710F is a yellowish opaque, acrylic-based adhesive designed for fast and reliable encapsulation and bonding of electronic components. It is a low modulus material with excellent flexibility, fluoresces under UV light, and cures rapidly when exposed to suitable UV light. Additionally, it incorporates a secondary heat cure system for applications involving shadowed areas, ensuring complete and durable adhesion.
