LOCTITE® FREKOTE 770-NC™ is a solvent-based polymer mold release agent designed for room temperature curing. It forms a clear, colorless, semi-permanent film that provides excellent release performance without contaminating transfer. The product offers high gloss finish, superior slip, low odor, and thermal stability up to 400°C. Its chemical bonding to mold surfaces ensures durability and consistency across multiple molding cycles, minimizing maintenance and enhancing surface quality.
LOCTITE® FREKOTE 770-NC™ is used as a release coating for epoxies, polyester resins, vinyl ester resins, thermoplastics, adhesives, and rotationally molded plastics. It is particularly well suited for tough-release applications such as filament winding, non-gel coated polyester, and fiberglass molding. The product performs effectively within an application temperature range of 15°C to 60°C, offering reliable release performance for composite, automotive, and industrial molding processes.
