1. Product Overview

LOCTITE® HHD 3542™ is a reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive designed for robotic dispensing. Presented as a light yellow to amber solid, it offers medium viscosity and cures through both solidification and subsequent moisture cross-linking. The adhesive provides immediate green strength upon cooling, followed by durable structural performance after full cure. Notably, once cured, the adhesive does not remelt, ensuring stability under thermal stress.
