1. Product Overview

LOCTITE® HHD 3562BK is a one-component, reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive supplied as a matte black solid with slight odor. It cures through moisture and solidification, providing high bonding strength, hot creep resistance, and impact resistance. The adhesive achieves strong initial strength immediately after solidification and is suitable for automatic or manual assembly processes, offering an open time optimized for efficient processing.

2. Applications

  • Structural bonding in electronics

  • Electronic device assembly requiring impact and creep resistance

  • Automatic or manual assembly lines

  • Suitable for high-strength bonding of substrates such as PC/GF to inked glass
