LOCTITE HHD 3573 is a black, one-part polyurethane hot melt adhesive that cures through solidification and moisture. It is reactive and pressure-sensitive, providing instant high initial strength after joining. The adhesive features good basic bonding performance, suitable open time for automated or manual assembly, and is designed for device assembly and light shielding or sealing applications. Full cure is achieved within 1–5 days depending on moisture conditions, while handling strength is immediate.

Substrate pretreatment recommendations: Surfaces must be clean, dry, and oil-free; preheating may be applied; maintain substrate temperature above 20°C.
