1. Product Overview

LOCTITE® HHD 3605 is a colorless to amber, one-part reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive that cures via solidification and moisture. It is pressure sensitive, providing instant high initial strength and fast set speed. It offers excellent impact resistance and good bonding performance, suitable for automatic or manual assembly line processing.

Substrate pretreatment recommendations: Clean, dry, grease-free surfaces; substrate temperature >20°C; preheating may be applied.

Application methods: Heating cartridge guns or syringe-type melting equipment; lower temperature recommended during longer rest periods to prevent viscosity increase.
