1. Product Overview

LOCTITE HHD 3607BK is a black, one-part reactive polyurethane hot-melt adhesive formulated for robotic jetting applications and automatic assembly lines. It cures via moisture and solidification, providing fast handling strength immediately after bonding, and develops superior toughness when fully cured. The adhesive is jettable, exhibits high impact resistance, excellent adhesion strength, and will not remelt once cured. Its viscosity and open time are optimized for efficient device assembly and structural bonding processes.
