. Product Overview

LOCTITE® HHD 8150R™ is a two-component methacrylate adhesive designed for structural bonding in laptops and handheld devices. Supplied with a yellow resin (Part A) and a blue hardener (Part B), the mixture turns green upon mixing at a 10:1 volume ratio. The adhesive cures at room temperature, offering fast fixture, strong adhesion, and excellent damp heat resistance. It is free from halogens and phthalates, making it safer and more environmentally compatible.

  • Bonding magnesium-aluminum alloys, anodized aluminum, and PC/ABS blends.

  • Structural applications in laptops, handheld devices, and electronic assemblies.

  • Substrates requiring high impact resistance, peel strength, and environmental durability.
