1. Product Overview

LOCTITE® LB 8150™ is a high-performance anti-seize lubricant designed to protect threaded connections and assemblies from seizing, jamming, and corrosion under extreme thermal conditions. Formulated with mineral oil, lithium soap, graphite, aluminum, and EP-additives, it remains non-curing and provides long-lasting lubrication. The product withstands operating temperatures from -30 °C to +900 °C, making it highly reliable for harsh environments. It is tested in accordance with MIL-PRF-907-H standards.

2. Applications

  • Threaded connections in combustion engine exhaust systems.

  • Fittings and burners in oil and gas installations.

  • General joints exposed to high temperature and corrosive conditions.

  • Prevents galling and wear during assembly and disassembly.
