1. Product Overview

LOCTITE® NCI 7002 is a black, thermoplastic-based non-conductive ink designed for screen-printing applications. It delivers flexible resistive properties, excellent adhesion, and reliable performance in printed electronics. With stable screen residence time and the ability to cure under low-temperature drying cycles, it is particularly suited for flexible substrates such as PET, PEN, PI, and paper. The product can also be blended with LOCTITE® ECI 7004HR or LOCTITE® ECI 7004LR to achieve tailored resistance levels for functional printed devices.

2. Applications

  • Printed resistors on flexible substrates

  • Force-sensing and other sensing devices

  • Heating elements in printed electronics

  • Protection against electrostatic discharge (ESD)

  • Custom resistive patterns by blending with conductive inks
