1. Product Overview

LOCTITE® SI 5091™ is a one-component, UV-curable acetoxy silicone adhesive in a translucent liquid form. It is self-leveling, providing uniform cavity fill, and develops secondary cure via moisture for shadowed areas. The product offers medium strength and high flexibility, enhancing load-bearing and shock-absorbing properties of the bonded area. It is suitable for potting, coating, and sealing applications in automotive, electronic, military, and industrial components.
