1. Product Overview
LOCTITE UK 1367 B10 is a solvent-free, two-component polyurethane structural adhesive that cures by polyaddition. It combines a beige resin (Component A) and a green hardener (Component B) in a 4.7:1 weight ratio (4:1 by volume). The adhesive cures into a hard, elastic bond with no measurable shrinkage. Due to the use of natural raw materials, slight color variations between batches may occur.
2. Applications
This adhesive is used for bonding pretreated metals, plastics, and hard foams. It may also be applied to untreated metals in certain cases, though this requires specialized training and testing. Typical applications include general assembly where durable structural bonding and resistance to environmental conditions are essential.
