Alpha 100-40 Liquid Flux is a high-performance, no-clean flux designed for both lead-free and tin-lead soldering applications. It provides excellent wetting, consistent solder joint formation, and minimal residues, ensuring reliable and high-quality performance in electronics assembly. The flux formulation is optimized for fine-pitch components and high-density PCB assemblies, delivering precision and repeatable soldering results.
100-40 flux is suitable for wave soldering, selective soldering, hand soldering, and rework operations. It is widely used in PCB assembly, repair, and high-density electronics manufacturing where accurate and controlled soldering is essential. The flux performs effectively in both automated and manual soldering methods.
