1. Product Overview

422B Silicone Modified Conformal Coating is a one-part acrylic-silicone blend designed to cure to a flexible, durable, and smooth protective layer. It provides strong resistance against corrosion, fungus, moisture, dust, dirt, and static discharge. With a quick handling time of just 8 minutes and the ability to withstand high service temperatures up to 200 °C, it minimizes stress on components during thermal cycling. The coating fluoresces under UV-A light for inspection and is UL 94 V-0 certified, ensuring flame resistance.
